The public access username & password, which changes periodically, currently is:
U = public P = access3.
If you are (or were in the past) a client, you have a case number which is also your permanent username for the secure area. Your case number and password were given to you in-person or by telephone, but if a year went by since your last login, it expired and you'll have to contact me for a new password.
If you are having trouble logging in, make sure there are no spaces before and after the characters you type into the U&P fields, and make sure the 'www' appears before the domain name in the URL.
If you still cannot log in, contact me. [Once in a while, someone using Windows XP OS cannot login, because some versions of XP are unable to interface with Unix servers.]
